HAASKR is a multidisciplinary French studio created in 2020, working across installation, mapping, and immersive experiences. Born from an artistic encounter and the evident complementarity between the two artists behind the studio, it develops works that explore the relationship between space, light, image, and perception.
Behind HAASKR are Amadeo Savio, sound composer and Jésus Baptista, visual artist, whose artistic dialogue and shared vision continue to shape the studio’s evolving practice.
"Our practice is rooted in collaboration. The viewer is invited to move, to lose themselves, and to rediscover their own relationship with their surroundings, whether natural, architectural, or imaginary.
Our work is nourished as much by scientific inquiry as by poetry. Rather than providing answers, we aim to open spaces for experience and meditation. Suspended between organic fluidity and geometric rigour, our installations invite one to feel more than to understand, to experience a presence in the world rather than simply consume an image.
Our approach seeks to reconnect the viewer with a dilated sense of time, fostering a contemplative state and a dialogue with the invisible that inhabits our spaces and our memories."
